Maybe the Girl 1's previous records weren't that great so a 65% is a time to celebrate.

Interestingly both chose careers in writing & as we all know, writing has nothing to do with our past scores & everything to do with passion & drive.Sujatha Sathyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00448034391267400236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36641964.post-32773359777644430062011-12-02T21:48:14.093+05:302011-12-02T21:48:14.093+05:30Good post. Parents' reaction matters when children are growing up, and at an age of 16-17, what we call adolescence, a child's situations need to be tackled carefully.shubhamhttp://www.abuginmymind.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36641964.post-14355017126815410102011-12-02T19:11:31.658+05:302011-12-02T19:11:31.658+05:30I go with the neutral path of congratulating on th...I go with the neutral path of congratulating on the achievement yet to push her to strive for the best always...As my mom always says..Aim for the stars so that atleast you reach the sky..!Gayathri Ramdas Sreekanthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10898029190137037111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36641964.post-2375514370341948072011-12-01T10:26:12.356+05:302011-12-01T10:26:12.356+05:30Very true Harsha! But now I feel, even if Girl 2 felt bad, at that moment, based on her chemistry with her folks, she would eventually realise that they had good intentions... and she probably took it in a constructive way.Seenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08610774810616528138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36641964.post-70845577931637664712011-11-30T20:54:56.695+05:302011-11-30T20:54:56.695+05:30Nice take. Parents reaction might not have future effect, but it is something that can encourage a low-scoring one and can also demotivate a high-scoring person. And I think it depends on the parent-child chemistry. :)Harshahttp://www.eynjuls.com/harshanoreply@blogger.com
